We offer revenue sharing and commission recapture programs

As part of our commitment to transparency, AST Capital Trust practices 100 percent revenue share disclosure. AST calculates, collects and passes through revenue sharing amounts for its plan clients, allowing plans to offset plan expenses.

As part of our commission recapture program, we establish accounts with mutual funds at the plan level, enabling the broker-of-record to be paid directly. If the plan does not have a broker/advisor, we collect and pass through commissions on behalf of the plan.

At AST, we believe that doing the right thing for plan participants means working with highly regarded third-party administrators. Accordingly, we have developed close working relationships with select TPAs and their software providers so that we are able to efficiently communicate and transact with them.
