Tschider, former president of AST Capital Trust Company, will lead Wilmington Trust’s retirement services business reporting to William Farrell. AST Capital Trust Company staff members supporting the personal trust business from AST’s Wilmington, Delaware office report to Wealth Advisory Services (WAS) business, which is headed by Mark A. Graham, executive vice president of Wilmington Trust. | | 2007 | The operations of AST Trust Company and The Capital Trust Company of Delaware are consolidated, resulting in “AST Capital Trust Company of Delaware”, a Delaware State chartered trust company. AST Capital Trust maintains operations in Phoenix, Arizona and Wilmington, Delaware.
